VPS manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing lean manufacturing strategy planning and action, to improve plant profitability and efficiency Lead and support plant VPS (Vibracoustic production system) activities Teach and coach plant team VPS (Vibracoustic production system) tools and principle (e.g. 5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, Kaizen, etc.) Lead plant team to fulfill the requirement of VMA(VPS maturity assessment)
and achieve target
Comply with national/company safety regulations and systems and fulfill safety responsibilities
Qualifications:
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Professional Experience
- More than 5 years of operational work experience
3. Specialized Knowledge
- Must meet the required skill matrix for VPS
4. Language Skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
5. Other Requirements
- Six Sigma experience is a plus
