VR Robot Operator (Zürich, 60-100%)

We are hiring a Robot Operator

💼 Your role

You’ll be hands-on with the robot, operating it in both test setups and real-world environments on a daily basis, keeping a close eye on how it performs, and helping us understand what’s working and what’s not. You’ll play a key role in closing the loop between development and deployment, running tests, flagging issues, and collaborating closely with the engineering team to improve performance day by day. If you notice something off, we’ll expect you to speak up, and ideally, help fix it.

• Are authorized to be gainfully employed in Switzerland.

• Take ownership seriously and follow through. You’re someone others can count on.

• Communicate clearly and comfortably in English, especially when things are moving fast.

• Genuinely curious about robotics, automation, and how these systems interact with the real world.

• Worked in roles where reliability and responsibility mattered, ideally with customers or users directly.

• (Bonus) Are an avid VR gamer/user and know what makes a virtual experience feel responsive and intuitive.
