VSL Video Editor
RZ HR Studio is hiring for a VSL Video Editor for clients in our Remote Talent Network. These are performance-driven eCom and DTC brands that need editors who understand direct-response video, not just polished production. If your edits have moved product and you can point to it, this is for you.
WHO YOU'RE JOINING
You will be joining a curated network of eCom operators and matched with brands that are actively scaling. Our clients are 7-8 figure DTC and eCom brands, performance marketing agencies, and direct-response focused operators. They hire for results, not resumes.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
• Edit VSL content based on client scripts, voiceovers, and footage using direct-response principles
• Incorporate hooks, transitions, b-roll, motion graphics, and subtitles aligned to brand guidelines
• Collaborate asynchronously with creative strategists, media buyers, and brand teams
• Manage revisions efficiently while meeting agreed turnaround timelines
• Deliver organized project files in the required formats and specifications
• Stay current on what is working in VSL and direct-response video for eCom
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• VSL editing experience specifically for eCom, DTC, or performance marketing agencies
• Portfolio demonstrating VSL or direct-response video work (required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles, hooks, and buyer psychology
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently in a remote, async environment
• Reliable setup and professional approach to client work
