VTC Driver

About the role

Currently, from Gi Group we are looking for a VTC Driver for Madrid, for an important company in the transport sector.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Provide passenger transport services in Madrid through VTC platforms, ensuring a safe and professional service.
• Maintain efficient driving, respecting traffic regulations and prioritizing safety.
• Provide proper customer service, taking care of the experience during the trip.
• Ensure the good condition of the vehicle and its basic cleanliness, reporting any operational incidents when necessary.
• Comply with the established schedules, shifts, and procedures.

What we're looking for

• Driving license with at least 8 points.
• Valid VTC driver's license
• License seniority: minimum 2 years.

What you'll get

Conditions and salary

• Initial contract of 3 months + real possibility of joining the permanent staff.
• Salary:32 hours/week: €1,350 gross/month
• 40 hours/week: €1,650 gross/month
• Plus additional allowances up to €80 gross/month

Schedules, shifts, and days off

How you'll work

• Monday to ThursdayVehicle available: 05:00-17:00 or 17:00-05:00
• Possibility of working 8 effective hours within that time frame.
• Friday to SundayShifts: 07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00
• Days off: Monday and Tuesday, or Wednesday and Thursday.
• Monday to ThursdayWorking hours: 32 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday.
• Days off: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
