The DevOps Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating scalable, secure,
and highly available cloud infrastructure and CI/CD ecosystems. The role focuses on enabling
efficient software delivery through automation, infrastructure as code, and modern DevOps
practices.
The position requires hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps, with
responsibility for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized
environments, and supporting cloud-native and hybrid systems. The engineer is expected to
contribute to architectural decisions, implement best practices in observability and automation,
and support system migrations to modern cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
Support and optimize cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
Provide L1–L3 technical support for data integration and banking systems
Monitor systems using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana, Check_MK
Perform server migrations (Windows Server 2008/2012 to modern/cloud platforms)
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across distributed systems
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve delivery
Maintain IIS-based services, SSL integration, and SharePoint environments
Minimum Qualification Requirements
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps practices
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD implementation
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker
Experience supporting banking or enterprise-grade systems
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana)
Solid understanding of Windows Server environments and migrations
Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and incidents
