The DevOps Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating scalable, secure,
and highly available cloud infrastructure and CI/CD ecosystems. The role focuses on enabling
efficient software delivery through automation, infrastructure as code, and modern DevOps
practices.
The position requires hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps, with
responsibility for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized
environments, and supporting cloud-native and hybrid systems. The engineer is expected to
contribute to architectural decisions, implement best practices in observability and automation,
and support system migrations to modern cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
 Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
 Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
 Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
 Support and optimize cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
 Provide L1–L3 technical support for data integration and banking systems
 Monitor systems using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana, Check_MK
 Perform server migrations (Windows Server 2008/2012 to modern/cloud platforms)
 Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across distributed systems
 Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve delivery
 Maintain IIS-based services, SSL integration, and SharePoint environments

Minimum Qualification Requirements
 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps practices
 Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD implementation
 Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker
 Experience supporting banking or enterprise-grade systems
 Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
 Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana)
 Solid understanding of Windows Server environments and migrations
 Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and incidents
