will participate on implementation of SAP Logistics and Transportation functionality via SAP based IT projects and change requests, Role will coordinate change request process and ensure that change requests are being delivered on time and in required quality, coordinate BOTT or Support organization if required. Part of the job will be ensuring ICC ERP Chapter Oversight process especially for externally delivered engagement and managing ICC ERP Chapter Intake process and act as service manager if required.
