Kismet 將於 2026 年秋季在台北開幕，是一間以加州飲食文化為靈感的餐廳與烘焙坊。

我們的料理以季節性食材、在地採購與全手工製作為核心理念，烘焙部門以招牌 BASUKU 巴斯克乳酪蛋糕為核心，搭配每日新鮮現製的麵包與甜點，飲品則供應紐約品牌 SEY Coffee 的獲獎單一產區咖啡、IMA KYOTO 的有機抹茶，以及精選自然酒款。

Kismet 不只是一間餐廳，更希望成為社群交流與聚會的所在。白天以早午餐、咖啡與烘焙為核心，夜間則透過主題餐會、期間限定活動與國際主廚合作，持續為社區帶來新鮮有趣的文化體驗。

￭ 具備 2 年以上西式餐廳服務工作經驗
￭ 有 Fine Dining 或西式全桌邊服務經驗者尤佳
￭ 具備英語溝通能力者優先考慮（非必要條件）

￭ 熟悉西式桌邊服務流程，從客人入座到結帳，能提供流暢且細膩的服務

Opening in Fall 2026, Kismet is a California-inspired restaurant and bakery in Taipei focused on seasonality, local ingredients, and scratch-made food. Our bakery program will be anchored by BASUKU cheesecakes alongside house-made pastries and breads, while our beverage program will feature award-winning coffees from SEY Coffee, organic matcha from IMA KYOTO , and a curated natural wine selection.

More than a restaurant, Kismet is designed as a community gathering place. While daytime service will focus on brunch, coffee, and baked goods, evenings will feature pop-ups, themed menus, special events, and international chef collaborations.

Kismet is the first concept from Damn Good Hospitality Group, with multiple restaurant concepts already in development. We believe great hospitality starts with taking care of our people. That’s why our business model includes a unique profit-sharing structure that returns 90% of profits to our full-time team after profitability, creating a culture of ownership and long-term growth.

【Who We're Looking For】

￭ 2+ years of experience in Western restaurant service
￭ Fine Dining or full Western table service experience is a plus
￭ English communication skills preferred (not required)
￭ Genuinely passionate about hospitality; believes every interaction with a guest is an opportunity to create a memorable experience
￭ Familiar with Western table service flow, able to provide seamless and attentive service from seating to check-out
￭ Build and maintain meaningful guest relationships, ensuring every returning guest feels valued and remembered
￭ Follow and execute front-of-house service SOPs, maintaining consistent service quality and standards
￭ Maintain clear communication with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely food delivery
￭ Assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable dining environment, ensuring a complete and enjoyable experience for every table
￭ Calm and empathetic by nature; able to maintain professionalism and grace under pressure
