【外貿部】化妝品- 國外業務經理

【工作內容】

• 海外市場開發、業務拓展與關係維護。
• 接洽、報價、訂單處理及出貨安排。
• 品牌海外市場推廣與通路開發。
• 代工客戶接洽。
• 維護既有客戶關係，提升滿意度與合作深度。
• 具陌生開發能力，能主動開拓新市場與潛在客戶。
• 製作商務簡報及市場分析資料。
• 與內部部門協調出貨與專案進度。
• 參與國內外展覽、市場開發及商務拜訪。
• 完成主管交辦事項。

【職務需求】

• 具良好英文能力（聽／說／讀／寫）。
• 具業務或客戶服務相關經驗。
• 熟悉出口貿易流程者佳。
• 具提案簡報能力與市場敏銳度。
• 具良好邏輯思考能力、積極主動、責任感、團隊合作精神及獨立作業能力。
• 具美妝、保養品、生活用品相關產業二年以上經驗者尤佳。

【加分條件】

• 具第二外語能力（日文／韓文／西文等）加分。
• 對美妝保養產業、市場趨勢及品牌經營有高度興趣。
• 有海外展覽參展經驗或 OEM／ODM 業務經驗者加分。
• 具海外代理商開發經驗者佳。

Job Responsibilities

• Develop overseas markets and manage business growth.
• Handle inquiries, quotations, orders, and shipping.
• Support brand promotion and channel development.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
• Proactively develop new clients and markets.
• Prepare presentations and market reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams on projects and delivery.
• Attend exhibitions, business trips, and client meetings.
• Complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Strong English skills (spoken and written).
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of export trade preferred.
• Good presentation and analytical skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and in teams.
• 2+ years in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry preferred.

Plus Points

• Second language (Japanese, Korean, Spanish, etc.).
• Interest in beauty industry and market trends.
• OEM/ODM or overseas exhibition experience.
• Experience in distributor/agent development.
