【外派美國子公司】工安人員（EHS Specialist）

This position will be directly assigned to our U.S. subsidiary. We are seeking candidates who prioritize safety, quality, and teamwork, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, possess proactive problem-solving skills, and are willing to travel as required based on project locations, construction schedules, and business needs.

【工作內容】

• 執行現場安全巡查、風險辨識及缺失追蹤。
• 辦理入場教育、工具箱會議及工安紀錄。
• 審查作業風險分析與施工安全計畫，協調作業許可。
• 監督高處、吊裝、動火、化學品及其他高風險作業。

【需求條件】

• 具2年以上工程現場工安經驗。
• 熟悉施工風險管理，能即時溝通並追蹤改善。
• 能編製工安文件、巡查紀錄及教育訓練資料。
• 美國專案職缺須熟悉OSHA要求；具OSHA 30訓練紀錄者優先。
• 具半導體廠工安經驗、相關專業資格及英文溝通能力者優先。
• 配合業主稽核、事件調查及緊急應變演練。

【Job Responsibilities】

• Conduct site safety inspections, hazard identification, and follow-up tracking of corrective actions.
• Deliver site orientation training, toolbox talks, and maintain safety records and documentation.
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and construction safety plans, and coordinate work permit requirements.
• Monitor and enforce safety compliance for high-risk activities, including work at height, lifting operations, hot work, chemical handling, and other hazardous tasks.
• Support client audits, incident investigations, and emergency response drills.

【Qualifications】

• Minimum of 2 years of construction site safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction risk management, with the ability to communicate effectively and track corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Capable of preparing safety documentation, inspection reports, and training materials.
• For U.S.-based projects, familiarity with OSHA requirements is required; candidates with OSHA 30 training certification are preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor facility safety management, relevant professional certifications, and English communication skills are highly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment.
