【外派美國子公司】現場監工(Site Construction Supervisor)

This position will be directly assigned to our U.S. subsidiary. We are seeking candidates who prioritize safety, quality, and teamwork, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, possess proactive problem-solving skills, and are willing to travel as required based on project locations, construction schedules, and business needs.

【工作內容】

• 安排每日施工、人力與工班分工，追蹤施工進度。
• 確認圖面、材料、工具及施工條件，協調現場作業。
• 監督施工品質與安全，配合檢查、缺失改善及驗收。
• 記錄施工日報、工時、完成數量及現場異常。

【需求條件】

• 具2年以上現場施工或監工經驗。
• 能閱讀施工圖，熟悉設備安裝、配管或機電施工流程。
• 具工班帶領、分包商協調及現場問題處理能力。
• 能配合專案排程與現場工作需求。
• 具半導體廠施工經驗及中英文溝通能力者優先。

【Job Responsibilities】

• Plan and coordinate daily construction activities, workforce allocation, and crew assignments while monitoring project progress.
• Verify construction drawings, materials, tools, and site conditions, and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise construction quality and safety compliance, and support inspections, corrective actions, and project acceptance processes.
• Prepare and maintain daily construction reports, labor records, completed work quantities, and documentation of site issues or deviations.

【Qualifications】

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, field supervision, or site management.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and a solid understanding of equipment installation, piping, and MEP construction processes.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing construction crews, coordinating subcontractors, and resolving on-site issues.
• Willingness to work according to project schedules and site operational requirements.
• Experience in semiconductor facility construction and proficiency in both English and Chinese communication are preferred.
