【外派美國子公司】專案經理(Project Manager)

本職務將直接外派至美國子公司，我們正在尋找重視安全、品質與團隊合作，具責任感及主動解決問題的能力，並且能配合專案所在地、施工時程及必要，的出差安排之人才。

This position will be directly assigned to our U.S. subsidiary. We are seeking candidates who prioritize safety, quality, and teamwork, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, possess proactive problem-solving skills, and are willing to travel as required based on project locations, construction schedules, and business needs.

【工作內容】

• 統籌專案執行，管理施工進度、成本、品質、安全及人力。
• 協調業主、總包、供應商與分包商，處理施工介面及現場問題。
• 管理合約範圍、追加減、請款、採購與專案風險。
• 主持專案會議，追蹤里程碑、測試、驗收及結案。

【需求條件】

• 具3年以上工程專案經驗，包含2年以上專案管理或團隊帶領經驗。
• 熟悉工程圖面、施工流程、成本預算及排程管理。
• 具溝通協調、問題解決及分包商管理能力。
• 能以英文進行工作溝通、閱讀文件及參與會議。
• 具半導體廠務、廢水或化學供應系統經驗者優先；具PMP資格者加分。

【Job Responsibilities】
•Lead and oversee project execution, including management of construction progress, cost, quality, safety, and workforce resources.
•Coordinate with clients, general contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and manage construction interfaces.
•Manage contract scope, change orders, progress billing, procurement activities, and project risks.
•Chair project meetings and monitor project milestones, testing, commissioning, acceptance, and project closeout.

【Qualifications】
•Minimum of 3 years of engineering/project experience, including at least 2 years of project management or team leadership experience.
•Familiar with engineering drawings, construction processes, cost budgeting, and schedule management.
•Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and subcontractor management skills.
•Able to communicate effectively in English, read technical documents, and participate in business meetings.
•Experience in semiconductor facilities, wastewater treatment systems, or chemical supply systems is preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
