Responsibilities

• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on company equipment at customer sites.
• Support equipment installation, relocation, start-up, and check-out under supervision.
• Order and replace defective parts or components as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Escalate complex problems to senior staff for guidance on corrective actions.
• Complete on-the-job training (OJT) to build installation and start-up skills.
• Stay current on equipment knowledge through training and technical materials.
• Support project tasks under direct supervision.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset, eager to learn in a hands-on role.
• English working communication ability
