【外商半導體】SW Application Engineer 軟體應用工程師 (Python or C#)

【Responsibilities】
1. On-Site & Remote Customer Support (80%)

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for semiconductor equipment software systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues; collect and analyze system logs/diagnostics to perform root-cause analysis.
• Support equipment installation, software deployment, system upgrades, and customer acceptance testing (BAT/SAT) at customer sites.
• Travel to domestic and international customer sites as required.

2. Software Testing & Internal Training (20%)

• Perform software validation and regression testing in the office for new features, releases, and bug fixes.
• Conduct technical training for internal field engineers and stakeholders on new software updates and operational procedures.
• Prepare technical reports and collaborate closely with Software R&D and Product Engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
