1. Lead and manage MEP functions for plant construction projects, including engineering design and construction management, with demonstrated experience in greenfield or large-scale facility build-up.

• HVAC systems
• Cleanroom systems
• Utility systems, with a strong focus on ultra-pure water (UPW), wastewater treatment, and environmental control systems (e.g., scrubbers)

2. Take full ownership of MEP-related activities throughout project execution, particularly for factory and facility construction projects, including:

• Engineering design for MEP and utility systems, with hands-on experience in UPW and wastewater treatment system design
• Procurement support, including ITB preparation, bid evaluation, and vendor qualification
• Construction management of MEP and utility systems during plant construction phases
• Commissioning support for utilities, water treatment, and environmental systems
• Project budget and schedule control
• Quality management and compliance with engineering standards
