We're looking for a proactive and results-driven recruiter. This role partners closely with business leaders, drives recruitment projects, and uses data to deliver strong hiring outcomes.

• Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HRBPs' to understand business needs for experienced professionals.

• Plan and implement proactive talent sourcing strategies for engineers positions through market research, networking, executive headhunting techniques, and the development of suitable talent acquisition tools.
