Job Description

• Support the Plant Manager in leading daily manufacturing operations and assume leadership responsibilities when required.
• Drive performance across production, quality, engineering, logistics, and trade compliance functions.
• Collaborate with department leaders to achieve operational, financial, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Enhance manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and cost performance while maintaining high quality standards.
• Foster alignment and communication across multiple manufacturing sites and regional operations teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programmes.
• Support workforce development, succession planning, and leadership capability building.
• Manage diverse product lines in a high-mix manufacturing environment.
• Participate in global mobility assignments, rotating across manufacturing sites approximately every 3 years.
