1. 負責國外客戶開發、聯繫、報價與訂單追蹤 / Develop overseas customers, contact, quote and track orders.
2. 處理海外客戶文件、業務報表與銷售資料 / Handle overseas customer documents, sales reports and sales data.
3. 協調出貨、交期、樣品、客訴與跨部門事項 / Coordinate shipments, delivery, samples, complaints and internal matters.
4. 維護國外客戶關係並支援市場資訊蒐集 / Maintain overseas customer relationships and collect market information
