Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and service-oriented waiter/waitress to join our busy All Day Dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service.

What you will be doing:

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to established service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained throughout service periods.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, allergens, and outlet operations.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately.
• Support colleagues during peak meal periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure the restaurant is ready for service at all times.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Minimum 1 year experience in All-Day Dining operations.
• Strong food and beverage product knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
