About the role
H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Waiter/Waitress Assistant to work at our hotel H10 Gran Tinerfe, in Tenerife.
What you'll do
The tasks to be performed will be:
- Welcome guests.
- Receive, see off, seat, and advise customers.
- Assist and help during service.
- Serve customers at the appropriate time according to standards and needs.
- Remember guests' preferences.
- Events: serve, organize, prepare, set up the restaurant, the room, or other areas as required by the occasion.
- Cross-departmental support (room service, restaurant, bar, terrace, banquets, events, and occasionally in other hotel divisions)
What we're looking for
- Advanced English level.
- Previous experience in a similar position in hotels.
- Skills: customer service, people skills, proactivity, and multitasking.
