Waiter / Bartender – Food & Beverage Service (Accor)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and deliver professional, personalized service.
  
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
  
• Serve meals, cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages according to hotel standards.
  
• Provide menu and beverage recommendations to guests.
  
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of restaurant and bar areas.
  
• Maintain knowledge of food, beverages, and promotions.
  
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues professionally.
  
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
  
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  

Placement: Restaurant or Bar, based on the candidate's strongest area of experience and operational needs.

• Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, restaurant, or bar.
  
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service and/or bar operations.
  
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
  
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
