About the role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a restaurant located in Cubelles, which is looking to incorporate a Waiter/Waitress into its team.

We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and customer-oriented person, eager to work in a catering environment and be part of a professional team.

What you'll do

• Attention and service to the establishment's customers.
• Taking orders and serving drinks and dishes at the table.
• Preparation, setup, and arrangement of the tables and the dining room.
• Coordination with the kitchen team to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
• Clearing and cleaning of tables, the dining room, and service areas.
• Payment management and use of the ordering system or POS.
• Replenishment of the material and products necessary for service.
• Compliance with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations.

What we're looking for

• Skill with the tray, beer tap, and coffee machine.
• Dynamic, responsible person with a good attitude towards the public.
• Ability to work in a team and during moments of high workload.
• Customer focus and good communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in the hospitality sector will be valued.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, according to service needs, will be valued.
• Residing near the workplace will be valued.
