Waiter (Replacement)

About the role

At ABBA Hoteles, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional experiences to our guests. To continue providing first-class service, we are looking for two WAITERS/WAITRESSES to join our team at the Hotel Garden. If you have a passion for hospitality and customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll do

• Customer service: Provide excellent and personalized service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
• Food and beverage service: Carry out food and beverage sales and service with the utmost professionalism.
• Cocktail preparation: For the bar and terrace.
• Dining room preparation: Organize and prepare the assigned area for service, leaving it ready for the next shift.
• Setup and dismantling: Carry out the setup and dismantling of services in the restaurant, function rooms, breakfast area, bar-cafeteria, among others.
• Waste management: Handle and sort waste from the dining area, taking it to the appropriate containers.
• Cleaning: Keep necessary items clean, such as cutlery, glassware, coffee maker, carts, etc.
• Order management: Place orders with the purchasing department, receive them, and organize them.
• Area maintenance: Keep the dining room, terrace, function rooms, and other food and beverage sales areas in perfect condition.

What we're looking for

• Two years of previous experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of dining room service.
• Organizational skills and cleanliness in the work area.
• Knowledge of waste management and sustainability.

Nice to have

• Hospitality training and English knowledge are a plus.
