Waiter – Restaurant Alilo, Helsinki

Restaurant Alilo is a Georgian restaurant in Helsinki, specializing in authentic Georgian cuisine. We offer our guests traditional Georgian flavors, high-quality food, and warm, welcoming hospitality.

We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented, and responsible waiter/waitress to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service

• Taking food and drink orders

• Serving food and alcoholic beverages

• Presenting the food and drink menus and recommending dishes and beverages

• Operating the cash register and handling payments

• Maintaining cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere in the dining area

• Working closely with the kitchen and other team members

Requirements

• Valid Finnish Alcohol Serving Certificate (Anniskelupassi) – mandatory

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Excellent Finnish language skills are considered a strong advantage.
