• Training: Courses in the Restaurant and Food Service field.
• Languages: English and German are valued.
• Years of experience will be considered as an alternative to training.
• Food Handler Certificate or Training in Food Hygiene and Handling.

Job description

H10 Hotels needs to hire a Waiter/Waitress to work in our Restaurant and Bars at the H10 Playa Meloneras Palace hotel, in Gran Canaria.

The job duties will be

• Participate with some autonomy and responsibility in the food and beverage sales service.
• Perform auxiliary tasks.
• Keep your work area and tools in good condition.
• Prepare work areas for service.
• Collaborate in customer service.
• Set up service areas, including tables, chairs, sideboards, or any other furniture or common items used in banquet halls, restaurants, cafes, or bars.
• The duties derived from the job profile.
• Actively contribute to reducing energy and water consumption; apply effective means of recycling and reusing materials, and take timely measures to help preserve the environment.
