About the role
Are you passionate about hospitality and looking to be part of a project with its own identity? At Mokadu, an informal venue for sandwiches, natural wines, and cocktails in the heart of Bilbao, we continue to grow and want to add a Floor and Bar Waiter/Waitress to our team who is eager to contribute and develop in a dynamic and authentic environment.
At Mokadu, we value personality, a good atmosphere, and commitment. We opened our doors in August 2025 and, since then, we have established ourselves as a reference space for those who enjoy gastronomy and close attention.

What you'll do
You will be responsible for managing service both in the dining area and at the bar, ensuring an excellent experience for our customers. You will attend to diners, recommend natural wines, and prepare cocktails, actively participating in the daily operations of the venue and in special events.
What we're looking for
Experience: At least 1 year in hospitality.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (minimum B1 level), both essential.
Education: High School Diploma.
Residency: Bilbao.
Other: Punctuality, proactivity, good attitude, and a genuine interest in wine and cocktails.
Nice to have
Languages: Basque.
Additional experience: Having worked simultaneously in the dining area and at the bar.
Extra knowledge: Natural wine or craft cocktails.
How you'll work
Contract: Permanent according to the Bizkaia Hospitality Agreement 2021-2027.
Working hours: Between 15 and 35 hours per week, adapted to the profile.
Schedule: Lunch and dinner shifts, from Tuesday to Saturday, plus special events.
Start date: Immediate.
