Prepare the restaurant setup and complete all mise en place for the dining area and service stations. Welcome guests, take orders, and provide service with a thorough knowledge of the menu, allergens, and dietary options. Recommend dishes, beverages, and wine pairings, while naturally promoting and upselling hotel products, services, and experiences. Accurately enter orders and process payments through the POS system. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards within the work area. Collaborate closely with the Kitchen and the wider team to ensure efficient service times and consistently high-quality guest experiences.
