We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service while ensuring a welcoming dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, professional grooming, and previous hospitality experience. Filipino candidates are preferred.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests professionally and assist with seating and service requirements.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages according to established hospitality service standards.
- Prepare and maintain proper table setup, cutlery, glassware, and service areas.
- Provide information about menu items and respond professionally to guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout service.
- Handle guest concerns politely and coordinate with supervisors when required.
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel or established restaurant.
- Filipino candidates preferred.
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service and basic hospitality standards.
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
- Good grooming, personal hygiene, and professional appearance.
- Valid Food Handler Certificate preferred.
- Valid Qatar ID and immediate availability preferred.
