Job Description

NICE Software Solutions is hiring experienced Data Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Databricks.

We are conducting a Walk-In Drive on 31st October for skilled professionals passionate about building scalable data pipelines, developing ETL solutions, and working with modern data engineering technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Perform data ingestion, transformation, and ETL processing using Databricks.
• Develop and optimize Databricks jobs and clusters for performance and cost efficiency.
• Build and optimize data warehouse solutions and data models.
• Develop and manage Apache Airflow DAGs for workflow orchestration and scheduling.
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring, error handling, and alerting.
• Work with Linux environments and shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to improve development productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data engineering solutions.

Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, and Databricks.
• Good understanding of ETL processes, data modelling, and data warehousing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days preferred.
