Description

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Query, and Data Modeling, along with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Create and maintain data models, semantic models, and KPIs.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and performance across BI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify trends, insights, and reporting needs.
• Support data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting automation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing BI applications and reports.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with ETL processes, Data Warehousing, and BI reporting.
• Understanding of row-level security and BI governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Snowflake, Azure, Tableau, SSRS, SSAS, and Microsoft BI Stack.
• Experience in Finance Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Reporting.
