Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Hardware cum Application Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing hardware, software, and application support to clients, including hospitals and diagnostic centres.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and printers.
- Provide hardware and software technical support.
- Install and maintain Windows operating systems and required applications.
- Provide application support for Hospital Management Software (HMS) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking problems.
- Assist clients with software usage and resolve technical issues.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support whenever required.
- Coordinate with the development team to resolve application-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints and issue resolutions.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and software installation.
- Understanding of networking concepts (IP Address, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
- Ability to learn new technologies and applications.
Eligibility
- Any Degree (B.Sc / B.Com / B.A / B.Tech / Diploma or equivalent).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with hardware, networking, or application support experience will be preferred.
