Job Description

Team Computers is inviting fresh graduates to attend a walk-in interview drive for the positions of Infra Trainee and Application Trainee at our Noida office.

This is an opportunity for aspiring technology professionals to begin their careers in IT infrastructure or application-related roles through a structured six-month learning and training programme.

Key Responsibilities

For Infra Trainee:

• Assist with basic IT infrastructure operations and support activities.
• Learn IT hardware, system administration, networking, and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Support the team in resolving basic technical issues.
• Follow established IT processes and documentation practices.

For Application Trainee:

• Learn application fundamentals and enterprise application workflows.
• Assist with application support, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support the team in identifying and resolving basic application-related issues.
• Participate in technical training, practical assignments, and assessments.

Note: Responsibilities will depend on the assigned role and training requirements.

Training Programme

• First 3 Months: Structured, course-specific training to build a strong technical foundation.
• Next 3 Months: On-the-job training with practical exposure through live training sessions and assessments.
• Stipend: Payable during the six-month training programme; details will be shared during the recruitment process.
• Career Opportunity: Candidates who successfully complete the training and assessment process may become eligible for job opportunities, subject to the company's requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA graduates.
• Freshers interested in building a career in IT and technology.
