Job Scope
Assist passengers and visitors with enquiries and wayfinding
Share flight information and recommend airport dining & retail options
Respond to enquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
Handle on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally
Support daily operations and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of customer service or frontline experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented and able to remain calm under pressure
