Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business hiring requirements. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and define candidate selection criteria. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability. Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports. Guide and support recruiters, allocate hiring requirements, and monitor team performance. Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Identify prospects to improve recruitment processes, sourcing efficiency, and hiring quality. Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Excel, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
