About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience who can own application development and guide a small development team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in C# with .NET Core or Java with Spring Boot, along with practical frontend, database, and deployment experience.

We value engineers who choose technologies based on business needs, adapt quickly, and are comfortable working beyond their primary technology stack. This role combines active coding, technical ownership, mentoring, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and manageable development tasks.
• Own features across frontend, backend, database, and deployment.
• Guide a small development team, review code, resolve technical blockers, and promote sound engineering practices.
• Contribute to application architecture, technology selection, and integration decisions.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable software.
• Improve application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support release planning, troubleshoot production issues, and drive fixes.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain clear technical documentation.

Required Technical Skills

• Backend: Strong hands-on experience in either C# with .NET Core or Java with Spring Boot. Expertise in both is not required.
• Frontend: Working experience with React, Angular, supported by JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• APIs and integrations: Experience designing RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, and implementing authentication and authorization.
• Databases: Proficiency with at least one relational database, such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, including schema design and query optimization.
• Engineering fundamentals: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean code, and debugging.
• Version control: Experience with Git, branching workflows, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Testing: Practical experience with unit and integration testing.
• Deployment: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, application deployment, and at least one cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Technology adaptability: Willingness and ability to learn new languages, frameworks, and tools as project requirements evolve.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Experience taking ownership of a feature, module, or project from planning through delivery.
• Ability to break down work, estimate effort, coordinate tasks, and communicate delivery risks.
• Experience mentoring developers or providing technical guidance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance delivery timelines with code quality and long-term maintainability.

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or infrastructure automation.
• Exposure to microservices, messaging platforms, caching, or event-driven systems.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery practices.
