Walk-in Production | Chemist Company: Aragen Life Sciences Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Execute batch manufacturing activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR). Operate and monitor GLR and GCR reactors for API/intermediate manufacturing processes. Handle charging, reaction monitoring, distillation, filtration, centrifugation, drying, and material transfer activities. Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, and reaction progress. Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and quality requirements during production operations. Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and EHS teams for smooth manufacturing activities. Maintain accurate production records and logbooks. Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and documentation as per SOPs. Support technology transfer, process optimization, and scale-up activities. Identify and report process deviations, incidents, and abnormalities. Ensure compliance with safety procedures while handling hazardous chemicals and solvents. Required Skills Hands-on experience in GLR (Glass Lined Reactors) and GCR (Glass Coated Reactors). Knowledge of API manufacturing processes and unit operations. Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, BMR, and EHS guidelines. Experience in handling distillation, filtration, drying, and solvent recovery operations. Good understanding of process safety and chemical handling. Basic knowledge of production documentation and regulatory compliance .
