QA Lead position with 7 - 15 years of experience. we are looking for a strong technical QA leader who can own the QA strategy, drive quality across products, strengthen the QA team and modern quality engineering practices, and demonstrate strong expertise in Agentic AI systems, including the ability to define and implement effective validation strategies for these systems.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 7 - 15 years of overall QA/testing experience, with proven experience leading QA teams.
- QA Leadership & Strategy: Ability to define QA strategy, test approach, quality standards, processes, and metrics across multiple products/projects.
- Strong Backend Knowledge: Deep understanding of backend systems, APIs, microservices, databases, integrations, and end-to-end data flows.
- SQL & Scripting: Strong ability to write SQL queries and scripts for data validation, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Automation: Hands-on understanding of automation frameworks and the ability to guide the team in building effective automation solutions.
- Deep-Dive Testing: Ability to perform detailed technical validation and investigate complex issues beyond standard functional testing.
- End-to-End / Surface Testing: Ability to validate complete business workflows, system integrations, user journeys, and overall product behavior.
- AI & Agentic Systems: Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, LLM-based applications, and Agentic AI systems, including approaches for validating AI-driven workflows, decisions, responses, and outcomes.
- Quality Engineering: Ability to establish a modern quality engineering approach using automation, AI-assisted testing, continuous validation, and intelligent monitoring.
- Team Development: Ability to mentor, coach, and train QA engineers and build a technically strong QA team.
- Technical Leadership: Should be able to guide the team through complex technical challenges and provide direction on testing approaches and tools.
- Domain & Business Understanding: Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive validation strategies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive issues to closure.
