Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to design, build and modernize enterprise applications. The candidate should combine strong architectural understanding with hands-on experience transforming legacy monolithic systems into scalable microservices or modular monolithic solutions, and should be able to guide the development team through technology upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise applications.
• Analyze existing monolithic systems and recommend modernization approaches.
• Design and develop scalable microservices and integration services.
• Drive technology upgrade initiatives and platform migrations.
• Optimize application performance, security and scalability.
• Mentor developers, review code and enforce coding standards.
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD implementation and containerization.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions with stakeholders.
