Job Summary

We are hiring ServiceNow Specialists, Architects, and Project Managers across multiple modules to design, implement, and lead enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Candidates should have strong handson expertise in one or more ServiceNow domains with proven experience in architecture, implementation, and advisory roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, CSM, and other modules
• Lead implementations, integrations, and custom application development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and advisory support
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and platform optimization

Mandatory Skills (One or More Modules)

• Core Modules: CSM, CMDB, ITOM (Discovery, Event Mgmt, Orchestration, Service Mapping, CSDM)
• Asset Management: ITAM (SAM/SAM Pro, HAM/HAM Pro, Advisory)
• Governance & Security: GRC/IRM, SecOps (SIR/VR), TPRM
• Strategic Portfolio: SPM/PPM/APM, FSM, FSO, SOM
• AI & Innovation: GenAI, Now Assist, AI Advisory, Agentic AI
• Development & Customization: Custom Apps / Scoped Applications, UI Builder, Content Builder, UI/UX Specialist, R&D Development
• Leadership & Advisory: Solution Architect, Presales, Project Manager, ITAM Advisory

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience: 515 years in ServiceNow modules
• Strong expertise in one or more domains listed above
• Ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and deliver enterprisegrade solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
