KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1 Technical Lead – ServiceNow Developer

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, server-side and client-side scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Glide APIs
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP integrations, Import Sets, Transform Maps, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog
• Knowledge of ATF, Update Sets, CI/CD, performance optimization, and MID Server
• Experience in ITSM; ITOM, CSM, and ITAM/SAM preferred
• Team handling experience (5+ developers), solution design, code reviews, and stakeholder management
• Certification: CSA mandatory; CAD and implementation certifications preferred

2 Senior Engineer – ServiceNow Developer

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow administration, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and Service Catalog
• Experience with Flow Designer, notifications, email scripts, Import Sets, Transform Maps, REST API integrations, and Update Sets
• ITSM experience mandatory; CSM and knowledge of other modules preferred
• Exposure to Service Portal, Integration Hub, ATF, and Performance Analytics is an advantage
• Certification: CSA mandatory; CAD preferred

4 ServiceNow Project Manager

• 10+ years of overall experience
• 5+ years of experience managing ServiceNow programs
• Expertise in end-to-end project delivery, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and risk management
• Experience in governance, vendor management, status reporting, and escalation handling
• Knowledge of ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, ITSM processes, release management, and platform upgrades
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
• Certification: ITIL Foundation mandatory; PRINCE2 and CSA preferred

5 ServiceNow Architect

• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• 12+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, solution design, platform governance, data security, and integration architecture
• Strong knowledge of multi-instance strategy, Domain Separation, Scoped Applications, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM architecture
• Advanced scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and performance optimization
• Implementation experience across at least five ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, or TSM/TSOM
• Experience with architecture reviews, coding standards, technical debt management, and upgrade strategy
• Certification: CSA mandatory; CAD and implementation certifications preferred
