Job Summary

We are seeking a SQL Developer to design, develop and optimize database objects supporting enterprise applications. The candidate will work closely with the Java development team on data access, data migration and performance improvements as part of the application modernization and Azure cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop tables, views, stored procedures, functions and triggers.
• Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries for application and reporting needs.
• Analyze execution plans and tune slow-running queries and indexes.
• Support data migration and data validation during modernization and cloud migration.
• Build and maintain ETL processes and data integration jobs.
• Work with Java developers on data models and data-access design.
• Maintain database scripts under version control and support deployments.
• Troubleshoot data issues in development, test and production environments.
