Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience in System Administration, Network Engineering, and Linux Administration. The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting the organization's IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, networking devices, firewalls, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments.

System Administrator

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPO), Microsoft 365, SQL Database, Hyper-V, and VMware environments.
• Perform server installation, configuration, migration, patching, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, security policies, and access controls.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions.
• Maintain IT infrastructure including operating systems, application servers, email systems, hardware, and software.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, hardware, software, and processes.

Network Engineer

• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network services.
• Manage network security, device hardening, and access controls.
• Configure and support Routing Protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and Switching Technologies (VLAN, STP, RSTP, HSRP, VRRP, VRF, Port Channel).
• Configure and manage IPSEC Site-to-Site VPN, SSL VPN, and Remote Access VPN solutions.
• Administer enterprise firewalls including Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Check Point, Juniper, and SonicWall.
• Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and availability.
• Troubleshoot network and security incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Linux Administrator

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Linux servers (RHEL/Rocky Linux/CentOS).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot system, network, and service issues.
• Manage users, permissions, storage, LVM, packages, and system services.
• Configure networking, DNS, NTP, SSH, firewalls, and SELinux.
• Perform security patching, system hardening, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Automate routine tasks using Bash/Python and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide on-call support when required.
• Knowledge of virtualization, containers, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Ansible, scripting, and Git.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Linux system administration experience.
• Experience supporting production servers, incident management, patching, backup/recovery and troubleshooting is required.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP/MCSA/MCSE) or equivalent
• CCNP Certification
• Linux certification is an advantage.
