Position Overview

We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our care team!

We are hiring for Full-Time Day and Night positions for both RNs and STNAs.

Registered Nurses (RNs)

• RN Full-Time Days
• RN Full-Time Nights

State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs)

• STNA Full-Time Days
• STNA Full-Time Nights

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care:
Provide compassionate, high-quality care while supporting patients with their individual needs and goals.

Clinical Support:
RNs provide nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate care. STNAs assist with activities of daily living, mobility, comfort, and other patient care needs.

Documentation:
Accurately document patient information, care provided, and changes in condition while communicating important information to the nursing team.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

RN:
Current, valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.

STNA:
Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.

Experience:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.

Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, clinical, and organizational skills.
