Summary
Develops network- and security-related software day to day: runs security audits and penetration tests, writes vulnerability reports, and builds solutions/reference code to fix and prevent issues per CVSS severity ratings, following standards like RFC, IEEE, and ITU. On-site role in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City, Taiwan.
1. Daily software development on network and security related functionalities.
2. Conducting security audits and assessments. Penetrating, identifying network and system security vulnerabilities.
3. Creating vulnerability reports and liaise with the responsible engineers to address issues on their development projects.
4. Working out proper solutions/reference code packages to respond to system/network security breaches according to CVSS severity rating requirements.
5. Working out proper solutions/reference code packages to protect product data, code, services.
6. Understanding security policies, specifications (RFC, IEEE, ITU...), and industry best practices and compliance.
