Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspect Wardrobe & Linen areas of the relevant floors routinely throughout the day as per established department standards, consistent with the MGM Company’s standards and brand attributes

  • Assist to ensure efficient operation of the Wardrobe & Linen Department and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the owner's assets

  • Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts; adjust schedules if necessary to meet business demands

  • Perform inventory and monitor stock of uniform, linen, terry, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, English preferable

  • Working knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office, HotSOS and other operating systems
