Handle customer communications via email and telephone.

Record and update data for incoming and outgoing warehouse activities.

Prepare, organise, and maintain warehouse-related documents and records.

Support daily administrative tasks and coordinate documentation requirements.

Undertake other reasonable job-related responsibilities as required.
