Job Scope
- Manage returned goods from Food Services, E-commerce, Retail, and Export channels.
- Perform both physical warehouse activities and SAP/system administration.
- Provide backup support for incoming shipment activities
- Ensure accurate stock handling, documentation, and system records.
Responsibilities
- Check and verify returned goods against relevant documents and quantities.
- Inspect and segregate returned goods into good-condition, damaged, expired, or non-conforming items.
- Arrange good-condition items to the appropriate warehouse section and return them to warehouse stock.
- Arrange damaged, expired, or non-saleable items for disposal.
- Perform SAP postings and lock/hold stock when required.
- Prepare and issue disposal forms and maintain proper supporting documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding transactions and documents to ensure all document statuses are cleared by month-end.
- Provide backup support for incoming shipments, including physical warehouse activities and related system administration tasks.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on returns, disposal, stock discrepancies, and incoming shipments.
- Ensure all assigned activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties or tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification, with relevant warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with SAP or other warehouse/inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- Valid Reach Truck License is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
