Renewal by Andersen is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to oversee warehouse operations and ensure our installation teams have the materials, equipment, and support needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for inventory management, project staging, warehouse organization, safety compliance, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily warehouse operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and secure facility.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Stage installation projects at least 72 hours in advance, ensuring all materials are complete and ready for installation.
• Manage inventory by receiving, scanning, organizing, and tracking incoming materials.
• Monitor stock levels and purchase warehouse and specialty materials as needed.
• Partner with the Production Manager to plan for upcoming project and equipment needs.
• Verify receipts, invoices, and material costs are accurately allocated to projects.
• Unload deliveries and ensure materials are properly stored and accounted for.
• Deliver materials and supplies to installation crews when needed.
• Maintain warehouse grounds, including entrances, loading areas, and general facility upkeep.

What We're Looking For

• Warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
