Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assemble and distribute warehouse work packets and bills.
Perform SAP/GWM inventory movements.
Communicate with truck drivers, provide instructions, and assign dock doors for all live unloads and loads.
Perform warehouse system maintenance, including cycle counts and re-warehousing.
Maintain Blender hot room storage inventory and manage product shelf life.
Print drumline labels and schedule work.
Plan component needs and order supplies as needed, including empty drums, pallets, labels, and other materials.
Handle various administrative tasks and provide support for site operational needs.
Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Perform any other duties as assigned to support job completion and site operations.

Job Qualifications:• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines on a consistent basis• Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams• Speak, write, read fluent English• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
