Warehouse & Logistic Project Specialist (Chinese Speaking)
About the Role
BYD THAILAND is looking for a Warehouse & Logistic Project Specialist (Chinese Speaking) to join our team. This role is responsible for the requirement planning, development follow-up, deployment, optimization, and maintenance of warehouse and logistics systems (WMS, WCS, TMS). You will drive the informatization, automation, and digitalization of warehouse operations while ensuring seamless project delivery and cross-departmental coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for requirement planning, review, development follow-up, deployment, optimization, and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), as well as resolving accounting discrepancies caused by system abnormalities.
Responsible for requirement planning, review, development follow-up, deployment, optimization, and maintenance of the Warehouse Control System (WCS) for automated warehouses, as well as resolving accounting discrepancies caused by system abnormalities.
Responsible for requirement planning, review, development follow-up, deployment, optimization, and maintenance of the Transportation Management System (TMS).
Coordinate system integration related to the informatization, automation, intelligentization, and digitalization of warehouse and logistics center operations.
Track project progress and coordinate relevant stakeholders, completing requirement reviews, functional testing, functional training, and go-live acceptance to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree or above.
A degree or specialization in Warehouse and Logistics Planning is preferred; candidates with experience in project management or related business operations are also preferred.
Chinese language proficiency is preferred, with the ability to use Chinese as a working language.
Proficiency in programming tools and basic programming skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong data analysis skills, excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
