delivering top-tier grooming experiences with signature services such as hot
towel shaves, relaxing head massages, and personalised haircuts. Our brand is a
modern take on traditional barbering, combining timeless techniques with
cutting-edge style.
Tommy Guns is seeking a Warehouse and Distribution
Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our product warehouse and
distribution activities. This is a key leadership role supporting the
logistical backbone of our expanding business across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
The Warehouse and Distribution Manager will lead the
coordination of all warehouse activities, including order fulfilment,
purchasing, and stock control. They will use platforms such as JIM2, Shopify,
and Australia Post’s ShipStation to process and dispatch customer and store
orders efficiently. This role also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite and other management software to support communication, data reporting,
and planning. The successful candidate must be available to work within a rotating
7-day roster.
Tasks and Duties
- Plan,
organise, and control warehouse and distribution operations to ensure
efficient delivery of goods to stores and customers
- Monitor
inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and maintain accurate inventory
records using JIM2 and Shopify systems
- Oversee
the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, including coordination
with Australia Post
- Manage
purchasing activities and supplier relationships to ensure timely
procurement of stock and materials
- Supervise
warehouse staff and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and
performance standards
- Develop
and implement distribution strategies in line with business goals and
customer expectations
- Prepare
operational and stock reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
for senior management
- Ensure
accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders within tight
timeframes
- Maintain
warehouse layout and organisation to maximise space and workflow
efficiency
- Utilise
Shortcuts software (EM, EL, Console) for data management, reporting, and
integration with other systems
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse management, purchasing, and
logistics.
- Strong understanding of inventory management
systems and software.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Proficient understanding of JIM2 software
- To be considered for a role you must have unlimited
work rights in Australia.
- At least 5 years of work experience preferred.
